The residences are located at "Tonnara", to the west of Bonifacio, a site known for its beaches and coves. This place is also a recognized spot for the practice of kite-surfing. Nautical bases (jet-ski, kayak, etc.) offer various family activities.

La Tonnara is located on the passage of pedestrian excursions starting from Bonifacio and going to Bruzzi (Pianottoli). La Tonnara is ideally placed between the communes of Bonifacio, Figari (and its FSC airport) and Pianottoli, all less than 10km away.
